概要：
当社の人材サービスビジネスにおいて、事業部門の信頼できるファイナンスパートナーとして活躍いただけるFP&Aビジネスパートナーを募集します。このポジションは、売上からEBITAまでのP&L全体に責任を持ち、ビジネスリーダーや他部署と連携しながら、戦略的かつ実行力のあるファイナンス支援を提供していただきます。煩雑な業務やデータを、シンプルかつ明快に整理・可視化し、ビジネスの意思決定を加速させる役割が求められます。
主な業務内容：
? 売上～EBITAまでのP&L管理およびドライバー分析
? 年次予算の策定、月次の進捗モニタリング、ローリングフォーキャストの作成
? 実績分析と改善提案の作成、事業部門へのフィードバック
? ビジネス部門との連携による数値目標達成へのサポート
? データの可視化やKPIモニタリングの仕組み構築
? 複雑な情報を簡潔・明確に伝えるための資料作成とプレゼンテーション
? 非効率な業務プロセスの見直しと改善推進
? 他部門・他チームとのクロスファンクショナルな連携・巻き込み
? 必要に応じてプロジェクトベースでの特命分析対応

■Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated FP&A Business Partner to support our staffing services business. This role will serve as a trusted financial advisor to business leaders, managing the full P&L from revenue to EBITA. You will be responsible for delivering strategic insights, simplifying complexity, and driving performance by partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
■Key Responsibilities:
? Full ownership of P&L management (from revenue to EBITA), including variance and driver analysis
? Annual budget planning, monthly monitoring, and rolling forecasts
? Performance tracking, gap analysis, and actionable insight generation
? Business partnering with leadership to achieve financial and operational targets
? Building dashboards and visualizing key KPIs to support decision-making
? Creating clear and concise presentations that simplify complex financial data
? Streamlining and improving inefficient processes
? Driving collaboration with various functions across the organization
? Providing ad-hoc financial support and strategic analyses as needed

【必須条件】
・3年以上のFP&Aまたは経営企画、事業部門での財務管理経験
・事業部門とのコミュニケーションを通じたビジネスパートナー経験
・論理的思考とプレゼンテーション能力、数値をストーリーで語れる力
・改善志向・課題発見力・自走力がある方
・ExcelおよびPowerPointスキル（中級以上）
