仕事内容

【業務内容】
・業績管理情報から主要KPIに関するデータの収集・分析・管理
・営業チャネルの特性に応じたデータ加工・分析を実施
・データの収集・管理する方法の効率化を検討・実行
・営業の成長に貢献するセールスツール開発、レポーティングシステム開発（BIツール,SQL,VBA等を活用）
・データを根拠とした課題解決と意思決定を支援する業務

・Data acquisition, data analysis and data management according to sales channels' traits regarding main KPIs
　from performance management information
・Development of sales tools and reporting systems to contribute the improvement of sales productivity
　by utilizing technologies such as BI Tools,SQL and VBA
・Data-driven problem solving and decision making are supported by the role.

応募資格

【必須要件】
・PCスキル
　Excel、Access、PowerPoint を用いたデータ集計・分析・資料作成が行えること
・SQL経験
　データの抽出・加工・集計を実務で行った経験を有すること。
　プログラミング・コーディング、BIツールの知識があれば尚可

【歓迎要件】
・デジタリゼーション領域への関心と理解
　市場動向、AI、BI、Big data、Cloud、CRM/SFA、RPA などのトレンドを踏まえた分析・提案ができる
・業務経験
　営業部門またはマーケティング関連の経験があれば尚可。
　顧客データの活用、データに基づく提案・施策立案の実務経験があると望ましい

・PC skills: Proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint for data aggregation, analysis, and presentation material creation.
・SQL experience: Practical experience in data extraction, transformation, and aggregation.
・Interest in digitalization: The ability to understand and incorporate trends in market dynamics, AI, BI, Big Data, Cloud,
　CRM/SFA, RPA, etc., into analyses and proposals.
・Related experience (Nice to have): Experience in sales or marketing-related roles is a plus.
　Practical experience leveraging customer data and making data-driven proposals and initiatives is desirable.
・Desired personal attributes: Strong problem-solving orientation and logical thinking.Communication skills.
　Willingness to learn and a growth mindset in a rapidly evolving digital space.
